Front seat swap

Hey folks. The bolster on my seat is pretty torn up (bad knee so I slide into and out of the car). I don't have any tools to fab any rails and what not so I need to know what seats will be a direct fit. Somebody said seats from an escort and a protege or 323 will fit but I wanted to double check.
What car and what year is a direct bolt in as far as front seats go?
