Anyone changed out thier core support after an accident? Just looking for any pics tips or tricks since I need to change mine. Also can it be done without removing the ac condenser. It'd be a shame to loose a full tank of freon to a shop, but if I must I must. Just trying to gather info while I recover from surgery...

Yeah basically the piece that stretches from fender to fender up top. The hood latch and rad support mount to it. I am tring to upload pics of the damage as we speak

You shouldn't have to undo the A/C stuff. When I was taking off the brace that runs from the hood latch mechanism to the bottom of the A/C condensor, I was moving the rad and condensor all over the place. You should just be able to tie them out of the way.
As to take off that top support...Isn't it welded on? Wouldn't you have to find the spot welds and drill them out?

its pretty well screwed up until the right inner fender. I figure right now I need:
Headlights/markers
Hood
core support
rad support
bumper/lip
right fender(looks fine but its kinda creased
radiator
I can't believe my first pics of my new ride look like this. I'm gonna go post a few in images of the car, lol

Also if I could get a few pics of a bare front end (no bumper, fenders, lights, etc) i'd have a better idea of what I have in store. Thanks in advance
