Hi guys, its been awhile. So I'm working on getting my car into working condition again.

So one of the first things I noticed is that the driver side shoulder auto seat belt isn't sliding down when I open the door anymore; the passenger side works fine. In addition to this, the shoulder seat belt want's to grab and not give any slack when I disconnect and reconnect it. I have to slowly pull it, it grabs, give it slack, slowly pull and repeat.

Any ideas on what I should look at? I already checked the fuses and it looks good.
