BP swap questions(about the swap) ASAP plz

Ok a few things we are working on putting the bp in and I have a few questions. We lowered the subframe and we broke 1 bolt that connects to the front bumper, and not planning on replacing that anytime soon, the top bolt on the far back tranny mount will go in but wont thread, we cant thread 2 mount nuts to the subframe, are any of these things going to pose major problems? We tried for about 3-4 hours to get them to thread and nothing. Please respond ASAP, thanks guys Aaron
