Dead Threads

Hi, Moderators :)

Is it within your ability to delete threads? Even within the FAQ's? I sure hope so, seeing as you can put them there.

If so, do you mind (would it help) if we compiled a list of ones that either have no content, or only contain a single dead link?

Just so you don't have to even approach the daunting task of tackling all of the dead threads? (I think there are thousands....)

I'm mainly thinking of the FAQ's.

Here's some anyway.

Here's some more.

Starting from the bottom of page two of the "Whats New on MX-3.com" FAQ

Okay, the whole seccond page of threads are completely empty.

Okay, all of them except the ones created by MX-3.com contain nothing.

Does anyone actually care? I'm kinda an digital neat freak and things like dead threads drive me nutty! My computer is generally immaculate. I have no icons on my desktop and my taskbar autohides. I arrange and organize by folders like a madman...

I've deleted all the No Post threads in the What's New Section. These were remnants of the previous format BB.

Come to think of it, there are a few links that point to a phpBB2 address which are no longer active, since they do not point to anything anymore...

EDIT: I am thinking deleted, since changing from phpBB2 to phpBB3 in the address bar yielded no results...also, let me search for allegedly "common terms" when I put "+" in front of the word ;)

Oh, I'm glad this actually went somewhere. I guess if I ever have some spare time again I'll go clicking like a madman again.

Thanks for the cleanup/time/effort! I find things like that irritating!

I've hosted the diagram on the MX-3.com Online Shop Manual, so the link is now active

This post has been deleted, as the link is dead, and Jason does not have the new link.

Thanks,
