Wet Drivers Seat Belt

Ok I have a sun/moon roof, factory in my 96GS . Whenever it rains my seat belt is wet. Anyone else have this problem, Thanks.

Keep the sunroof closed when it rains.

It gets wet inside the pillar where the retractor is.

Lol, sorry, I had to throw that one in...
I don't have a sunroof so my info is quite limited, but I believe the main cause is usually clogged drainage tubes

The sunroof drain tube goes down through the B pillar, and drains behind the front seats. I thought it went down the passenger's side. It sounds like it got plugged, or came loose. You need to take down the headliner, and follow the drain tube.
Good luck. If you don't find anything wrong, Saran Wrap your shoulder when it's wet out.

there's actually drain tubes at all four corners, so i'd guess it's leaking out the back driver's side corner. either that or you need to stop driving shirtless with your damp, sweaty, tom sellick chest

Damn perspiration wetness, never thought it was an issue. OK I'll see if I have a leaky drain tube. At my age you can never bee too cautious.
