I'm wondering if anybody ever has these issues not being able to open a particular thread. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm on a different computer.

If I try to open either of these threads it completely freezes my IE windows and I have to shut them down and the links NEVER open - WHY IS THIS?!

That's probably your problem get Firefox or a browser that actually takes notice of web standards

but it doesn't explain why it freezes only on those 2 threads...

Post the threads and let us try. I've had a couple of links from here freeze my computer as well but I didn't care enought to investigate.

Maybe threads where "Neil" has posted with his image signature, which is failing to load, as his webspace at http://www.brandonspeed.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; is down. Apologies if it's not your fault Neil

It's working fine with Vista & IE7 - try disabling some of the "add-ons" in IE and try those pages again.....

They both open for me. I have IE6 and XP. I've said it to others: Maybe your computer just doesn't like you?

I've had moments where I have to click on a link several times before it 'tries' to open. Then click refresh till my finger hurts, but nothing on this site has caused my IE window to die.
