I meant what rpm is 5 pounds of boost completly spooled at on your de/ze hybrid. Im building a similar setup real soon, picking up most of the motor this weekend.

the harder u step on the gas from a stop the quicker it spools 5psi im at like 3200rpm's..plus my downpipe is like 24inches in those videos so i spool FAST

and i always keep over a half tank cause this turbo will eat fuel espcially with that 255lph walbro! im gonna run 110octane possibly this weekend and get some race vids in so STAY posted....the car im gonna run i a 93 Mazda Mx-6 KL-ZE Turbo @10PSI!!! with goodies

Nice, Im having some issues spooling up very fast right now on my stock ZE at 5.5psi, cause Im not tuned yet and the internal wastegate flap on my turbo came undone it was only tack welded, I need to run a bead around it and no more of that, but that could be a possible cause of my problem right now. But as of now Im completly spooled at around 4100-4200 and the gas has to be to the floor to even hit 0 vacumm.

k sounds rough. 1 what size turbo u running and with what kinda of exhaust? 2. why u internally wastegated?

Turbo is an RHC6, its from a 6.5l GM Diesel which had an internal wastegate, I have it bypassed, but the internal wastegate flap came undone. Has a 3" downpipe, meeting 2 1/4 all the way back, Straight pipe.

ur wastegate flap wont slow ur spool down.its that 3-2 1/4exhaust that exhaust should be that same size all the way back...go to a full 3' and you'll see.....also wat are ur wheel sizes? like mine is a .60 intake .63 exhaust

looks like either a t3 or t3/t4?

either way will the full 3 inch exhaust all the back help me out that much?
