Dang man! How low is your car?
You can fiberglass it from the back side and then smooth it over with body filler on the outside.

Wouldn't the fiberglass crack? I was looking into doing some plastic bumper repair epoxy or whatever on my lip. Does any one have any good tutorials on how best to do this and what stuff I should get?

i thought it was bad to fiberglass and use a filler because the expand and contract diffrently in colder/hotter weather. Someone back me up on that though.

My composite repair/ fabricate friends tell me epoxy or polyester isn't the way to go. If possible they said to try plastic welding. I may just rivet mine with an aluminum backing then use that plastic repair bondo that's used on bumpers. I'll find out the name of it and repost.
