has anyone else ordered any parts through them?
Im having a hassle with these guys...and now Im pretty much fed up. I have mom's ES300 that needs one of those EGR solenoids and their site shows up as they have one. So I order it...about week goes by and its still not here. I went online and chatted with one of their representatives. Finally he says that part was not in stock so they cancelled order and supposedly refunding my money (ordered with card). So Im like wtf man, site says you have it in stock so he's like ya...well we have another part its direct from lexus so Im like fine, give me that one then. So I ordered it and now about another 6 days went by and Im chatting again (since part is not here yet and site says ships in 2-3 days) And guy is like call our 1800 number for further details...that just pisses me off. Now you guys see why I pretty much never order online, seems like people always tend to mess up with my order. I cant really get it through local napa or other parts store or I would've already....less hassle.
I'm just pissed with these guys, so buyer beware. They did not even let me know part didnt ship to me first or second time and here Im like a fool waiting for it since CEL is on and I need part to fix it.

I have never done business with them. I have done business with RockAuto.com and AutoPartsGiant.com and have had very good experiences with them.

I hope you get things straightened out soon. It's bad enough to have vehicle problems, but it is really angering to be jerked around over the parts you need whether it's online or offline.

dont try car stuff.com or partstrain.com, wouldn't recommend either one. I finally found this apparently hard to find part at parts.com and it was $10 cheaper and it shipped in less than 10 days. Going to install it tomorrow and hopefully this will fix CEL light.

Yeah i like RockAuto i just go through it to look at parts never bought off them i might soon tho,

I usually just take a little trip down to the junk yard and get greasy.
