the manifold will work it will be a bottom mounted turbo setup..

the down pipe will not work u will need to modify the larger half a whole bunch to get that to work..

turbo is too small

it would look like this on ur BP

i don't see why the manifold is backwards

to be honest i think it might work... just make sure you leave some space between the turbo and your radiator but yeah the dp won't work you'll need to mod it a lot to change how it runs, you have to remember the miata engine has the intake manifold opposite ours so that set up has the turbo sending air to the passanger side of the engine and you need it to go the other way

I rather u get a manifold that bolts up to a t3/t4 turbo.. Trevo123

aas for u others

u'll never be happy with a baby turbo or at least i sure as hell won't be..

i understand about $$$$ and what u guys call LAG (honestly stay all motor if anyone is to complain about LAG LAG f--- Lag.)

U think little u get little.

i wrote this a while back
this is for a 1.8 turbo setup

can't believe im doing this but if i was on a budget i do this hope it helps u all. no offence but this is the way i go if i was cheap or limited in $$$$ no offence guys OK..

for the manifold i choose this its cheap mostly any mazda guy can afford this i can and im a avg. joe here a link

cost $129+30 S&H so total 160 give or take better than the $500 don't u think.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Turbo-Ex ... enameZWDVW

now there is a down fall to the turbo manifold chosen u can't mount a external waste gate so unless u want to get one retrofited ur stuck with using a internal wastegate turbo. not only that, that manifold will work with a t25/t28 size turbo

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TD04-H-T ... enameZWDVW
Image

there others to choose from but i chose this one its cheap u can bid for around $230 + 30 S&H if u want to get one that low. why i chose that one. i can use a cuppler to connect it to intercooler piping u can use a cuppler with a intake pipe to connect ur vaf and for the downpipe i find out what kind of flange i need but it on ebay and get it custom fab

i would chose a precision 350hp intercooler but that would make cost go up.
i leave that up to u to find on ebay any intercooler rated for 350hp is more than enough for u mazda guys. they range from $99-$150 and s&h is from $40-$60 so if u go with a cheap on expect to pat $140 on up depending what u choose. so i guess here a general ideal of what to look for again ur choice

Image

now ur left with intercooler piping again u can find on ebay my choice any 2.5in piping i choose mild steel easier to find some to weld it.. but again ur choice and what u want so expect to pay around $100-$150 for a package deal on ebay that includes s&h in the US of course. so i guess here a general ideal of what to look for again ur choice notice the t clamps if u can find any like that get them u'll never worry about blowing ur damn piping off.

Image

plus u'll need to find some to fab it up to ur turbo kit or take it to a fabricater or preformance shop that can do it.. don't be surprise if labor cost $250 on up to mount ur intercooler and route ur intercooler piping.

now a BOV I get tial i love the way it looks the way it sounds and i will never use anything but this so sorry guys this is one thing i won't go cheap on so at $230 including s&H i get this sounds like a snake hissing so here a pic
Image

but u guys can find whatever BOV u choose or desire on ebay so type in blow off valve and find what u like. the cheap ones go for $70 including s&h.

as for EMS well in not going to go there i don't feel like getting bashed

so i'll leave that up for u guys to pick that for urselfs OK

all i can say is i can not stress how a good decent EMS can give u a reliably turbo setup along with a good tune. with out a good tune ur EMS won't count for shyt. like my boss use to tell me

u can be cheap and fast but not reliable

u can be fast and reliable but not cheap

or u can be reliable and cheap but not fast..

i know i left a lot of loopholes but i hope this helps out a lil anyone want to fill up what i left out please DO but please leave the smart remarks at home or in ur mind i don't have tyme for it.
