My hatch makes a rubbing noise whenever i drive, i cannot locate where in the hatch its actually coming from. Have any of you guys had this problem before?

Loose spoiler? I've heard that one a few times.

I went out side and cheked, its pretty tight. I actually thought that they might be the rubber bushings so I covered them with a cloth but the noise persisted.

I don't remember exactly what was said, but do a search on the latch and a squeek sound or something like that..


usually the sound comes from the latch mechanism I think.

Before, I had a squeaking noise coming from the hatch area when in somewhat rough terrain and I sprayed down the rubber seal all the way around the hatch with wd40 and it hasnt squeaked ever since.

It's the hatch's hinges. A temp fix is to put some electric tape on the latch. I've heard someone adjusting the lock mechanism too.
