first off, these are the problems that make me wish i knew how to work on my own car!!!!!
Middle of August: Car taken into shop to make sure everythings perfect before i go the the meet in Dallas
5 Days Later: car picked up.
work done: new brake pads, distibutor, cap., valve cover and oil.
-Brakes are horrible and the valve cover doesn't look new-
2 After Pickup- Drive to Dallas for the meet
7 Days after pick up- finally able to drop it off again.
Report: Forgot to put on pads!!(I was PISSED!)
1 Later(picking it up again): Pads are on! brakes still need to be adjusted!!!
7 Days Later: Drop it off again! This time I talk to the manager and he can tell I'm extremley PISSED!!(It took everything in me not to yell)
2 Days Later(Pickup Time): Brakes adjusted. Rotors were worked on. Rust buildup was grinded off.
The large time gaps occurred b/c i carpool to school with this guy and he didn't have a car available those days, or I really needed it.
3 Weeks later(Today): After heavy rain, rust is all over my rotors!
Do I need to have the rotors replaced or is rust safe to have on there? I'm too tired to **** with them.
Sorry I needed to vent...

the rust on the rotors should be fine. after braking a few times during driving, the rust should be gone.
