Question about the bp couldnt find it via search so
I know this may sound dumb, but I am probably getting a 96 kia sephia from craigslist. I got a couple questions, I am getting this specifically for the BP swap. its got 160k miles on the motor what should I be looking for. It is a 5 speed, now is that the G or F series tranny? Also anyone know how much a yard and metal scraping place would give me for the body once Im done with it, since the car is $600 hoping to cover atleast half by getting rid of the car. Also if theres some stuff that wont go from the kia to the mx3 let me know. Thanks, sorry for asking dumb questions and no question marks haha

HP is determined by your engine, not your transmission.
The G-series has shorter gear ratios, meaning that it will accelerate quicker than the F-series. However, it will max out sooner than the F-series. In 5th gear in a G-series you will be cruising at a higher rotational engine speed (rpm) than in an F-series.
As far as I know, the g-series is the more durable tranny.
