what to expect...?

hey everyone i am working on installing a klde that i purchased in my mx.. i was wonder what numbers i should expect.. i know the klde is rated at like 164hp, but i have kl31 cams, and Klze 10-1 comp. pistons, also i will be using the DE Intake mani, i have SS autochrome headers, short ram intake and 2.5 inch exhuast. thanks guys..

I'd say about 170WHP. Hard to say though, it could very from 150-175 depending on tuning

You essentially have a klze on your hands now. Only thing missing is the higher flowing heads and ze IM. I would think you should only be about 15hp short of a ze. I am guessing 185-190 hp at the crank.

now what shoul you guys suggest using for a ECU and VAF.. i right now have a Klde Ecu but only the k8 vaf

use the k8 ecu with the je50 vaf

Yes the je50 is the k8 vaf, the vaf you already have.

I think your ECU and MAF is gonna depend on your IM or your VRIS is gonna be all wrong. Since you're using the DE manifold I'd say get a probe/mx6 ecu and run th KL MAF
^that seems like a lot of acronyms

use a DE vaf and DE ECU. with the de ecu in an mx3 it won't operate the vris properly, actually not at all. So control the vris with msd window switches. Reason i say use this ecu/vaf combo is because the a/f ratio is perfect. All the other ECU's seem to run rich.
