will a klde mx3 pass smog test?

i was thinking of getting a mx3 and doing a klde swap then later on do turbo. but i want to know is if the mx3 with klde pass the smog?

It should since it's equiped with the EGR components, as long as the motor's healthy.
My ZE passed our Ontario e-test twice so far with no problems
