ok so a new worklog!! hopefully a mod can delete my other..

so my car when bought was stock.. automatic transmission eww lol i driven my car like that for about a year when i blew my K8 so onto a swap i did! a KL-DE bought for 250 bux was swapped in with my atx transmission.. ran like that for 2 days and i blew my auto boo lol so the car sat for a while until i bought a hole parts car and used all the parts for a standard swap! the difference from automatic to standard is HUGE! after summer i blew my KL-DE lol so my car sat all winter until i save some money and bought a straight neck kl-ze and swapped that in! ZE does feel alot better than a KL-DE!! so.. onto pix i guess?

since then i had opted to switch to a curve neck manifold with my engine looking like this..

the past week i had been workin on cleaning my engine bay up..took alot out lol..

painted some peices gloss black and gold




















also had painted my honeycomb rims FLAT black





redded out my stock tail lights..

my next few plans are.. relocating battery to back and having a shiny peice of sheet metal in place of it to mount my pro-comp coil along with a msd 6AL igition box.. the couplers on the intake will be changed to black with the filter located in the well behind headlight with a custom made heatshield for it cover the area of the wheel well.. organizing the wire harness so it looks VERY neat and getting rid of the rust in the engine bay and painting it color matching tropical emerald green.. also i hope to lower the car soon.. MUCH needed lol

well i put in a new rubber sealed gas tank.. the tank was fairly dirty inside in which i tried to clean it out as much as possible but the resul was clogging up the fuel pump making it defective.. bah! lol so i decided to go and pick up a brand new inline fuel pump from MSD! will flow more than enuff for my application!!

yay! new AWR front and rear mounts showed in the mail today! along with energy suspension steering rack bushings

all niiiiiice and shiny! purrrrrrty i opted to go with the 95 durometer urethane

how do you like the awr mounts? i'm looking at getting them for my swamp..

there worth the mponey... there solid... u can feel vibration but its koolies.. lol makes for more positive shifting and more responsive
