I have a 93 GS and I want to put the dash from my 94 RS into it. I like that dash style i like the hvac controls and i like the 2 vent holes i can use for my gauges. Plus all the parts are FREE since its my car so far i've found two threads with info on the dash swap:
http://www.mx-3.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.ph ... =dash+swap
http://www.mx-3.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.ph ... sh+removal
but these aren't the best pics and i keep getting changine info on the steering columns i don't understand why i'd need to change them anyway, both of my steering columns are roughted the same way the only difference i can find the the placement of the lever that controls the steering wheel placement. if someone has done this could you please post the info or point me to another thread that has it all?

When you do it would you please do a good write-up with pics. Jeff will likely make it a sticky and host the pics from the MX-3.com server so that we don't loose them.
This is something that I've considered too. When I found a free dash to take the parts from the dash pad was sorely dry and cracked all over as I was trying to remove the vent from right next to the windshield... However, if I get a second chance I would like to know more about what is needed before I start.

this swap isnt that hard you gotta change the support bar in the back once you do that the heater ducts dont match up that great and theres some customizing you gotta do cant remember it all right off but if u have any questions ill see what i can do. the main hold up for me was the steering column and where the bracket attaches to the floor under the center console

i thought you didn't have to change the support bar?

I had saved the dash from my 94 until last year then I had to get rid of it - it was perfect too!
I had my 92 dash all removed and I went to put in my 94 dash and the "spokes" at the very bottom did not line up with the floor brackets... LOL I gave up at that point because I also realized I did not have the wiring harness for a 94 for behind the dash
good luck with the swap - take a lot of pics along the way!
