I was just curious. Will a 13" wheel fit on a 93 se??

i doubt it cuz you will have clearance with the calipers touching the rims......

no it wont, some 14" rims wont fit, depending on backspacing

You can but you will need to swap to the smaller 22V13 calipers found on the 323 and early Protege and some of the '92 MX-3.
