I bought a body kit (don't want to mention the place yet) and the side skirts were damaged, one was almost broken in half and the other broken in a couple of places. So I contacted the seller, and he told me to send him some pics and then he was going to put in a claim with shipping company. I sent the pics and never heard back from the guy. He wont answer any emails or anything. What should I do, or what can I do, because there is a limited time frame when you can submit a claim.

I dont know whos mistake it is (either packaged wrong or the shipping company wasn't careful, in either case I'm screwed). I would send the claim myself but I don't have all the information and the seller wont answer me....
Any suggestions????????

did you buy through ebay, did you use Paypal?
