IMO they are the same...

The Erebuni comes with a grill, the CS MS is plain.

I have them both, had more flaws in my CS one than my Erebuni.
You have to drill holes in both I think.

I've seen and installes a CS one. It had already been installed, prepped and painted by the body shop, but was taken off to aviod damage. It is a very nice fit though. They should both be the same. The question is where does CS get theirs. I don't think they acutally make them. As for which would be better, the answer is how many bumpers has the mold made for each company. The more a mold is used the worse it gets and the worse quality bumper finish. The worse the finish the more you will spend with the body shop to fill pin holes and sand out any waves.

If I'm not mistaken, the Corksport MS style bumper IS an Erebuni. Mine needed some work, but it fits almost 100%. When installed properly, there shouldn't be any gaps.

Mine fits well around the fenders and hood. The sagging part, that I've noticed is underneath the headlights. It's not so tight around this area than the factory bumper.
