you start with coarser grit and move onto finer grit sandpaper. Use dremel for tight spots

why does everyone got to be such a--holes? Just give him some advice, dont be a d---. I personally would also like to hear some techniques about polishing a valve cover cause mine is needing something done to it.

no honestly just google it. theres tons of info. Its pretty much just sand like crazy, starting with low grit, then very fine grit, and finally a bbuffer wheel.

1st watch your language, prophanity isn't appreciated on this forum and will not be tolerated.

2nd off both monty and myself were not commenting on his wanting to know how to do it, its an ok question though it has been covered before and searching would give a proper answer. we were commenting on the fact that there website offers it, but they dont know whats involved. And monty's statement puts it clearly "contracting services out but dont know the process". Would you buy internals for your engine, bodykit, sound system, turbo, or anything from a company that didnt know anything about them but still sold them? If so how would you know that your getting the best quality? Research is a part of marketing, if you dont know anything about the product how can you justify selling it to people, or what if your asked a question are you going to wait while someone tries to figure out an answer for you, by asking someone else?

Example, look at corksport if you call up there, they will be able to tell you in detail specs and everything about there products, i know i've spoken with derrick i dont know how many times about certain parts, but not only that if i need to know certain part numbers or specs on a part they dont sell, more than likely they know enough of to help me out or point me into the right direction.

Like i said I wasnt commenting about his asking the question, i was commenting on the fact they say the can do it but dont know how its done.
