Alberta MX-West Ski Trip

It's time to head to the Mountains for another ski trip. We'll be heading up to Sunshine Village on Saturday, Feb 24th, 2007 for the day.

When: Saturday, Feb 24th, 2007 (day trip)
Where: Sunshine Village
Time: Morning (7:30am) Meet in NW Calgary, AB
Cost: Lift Tickets $69.95 (rentals extra)

Since we don't really need our MX-3s for this, we can simply try to Carpool a few people together. For information on rates and rentals as well as pre-purchasing tickets, click here.

We'll plan to meet up at 7:30am at the large Petro-Canada station just East of Calgary at Trans Canada Hwy (16th Ave NW) and Hwy 22 located here. Just let me know if you will be coming (just so we don't leave without you). You might want to coordinate with other members to figure out carpooling.

My crap box Toyota Camry has room for another 2 people and a couple of bodies...er.. I mean large bags in the trunk.

i am in and jacki may come. if needed we can take the cx-7 and put the box on the roof so i can take 2 or 3, so let me know whats up for people needing a ride

Oh and I should note that I won't have room for skis or boards. So if you're renting equipment like Tracy and I, then we have room.

Damnit! I forgot to buy a sunshine card earlier this year.

Oh well, I'm not workin or on call (as far as I am aware), so I should be able to come out.

Well I guess we'll be canceling the trip. There doesn't seem to be much point with such a small group going. Maybe we can try again closer to the end of the ski season.
