What would you guys think of an rx8 front end on an mx3? I got acess to all the parts, fenders,hood,bumper..Just seeing if it would be worth doing? can any one photoshop something up with that?

Someone almost did it once. IIRC he got most of it done before running out of money and parting it out, or something along those lines. Do a search as there were some halfway pics posted.

Someone might have pulled it off completely. If you look at those mazda concept vehicles that basically what the hybred would look like.

it's upsetting to know of various conversions being done on mx3's out there such as the RX8 headlight conversion and an RSX front end conversion, but i've never seen any of them complete. it's been over half a year since i heard news on either of these two ...

just wait, the project got put off for a bit, but will be completed this spring. just alot going on, and alot of misshaps, with labo hinges and whatnot. alot of waisted time, but we have the engine bay painted and the BPT installed, should have it running in the next couple of weeks. then we will finnish the modding. kinda taking a different rout, still have the headlights, just not the big fender flairs.

ya, i wondered about those fender flares. if it's so wide, it wouldn't look good with the rest of the body being thinner behind those, but rx8 headlights are wide ... damn dan is a lucky guy ... i'd replace my dumb stock headlights with rx8 ones any day ... anyway, i'm watching u ... can't wait for the final product ...
