everything is possible, but this will be very very hard. But why bother? These bumpers are both available very similar for the MX-3. Front bumper is Blitzz style, rear bumper looks similar to the buddyclub and there's another one too I don't know it's name of.

Unless it is an Mx-3, it will not fit, not even remotely close unless their's significant custom modification. Even then, kits like the Drift Kit, that's designed for the Mx-3, has horrible fitament. Although it's a relitabely inexpensive kit, i believe to even get that kit to fit right, they pay the price of what they've paid for the kit to get it professionally fitted, that remember, that kit is *for* the Mx-3.
Anybody can fiberglass, you can get the material from almost any hardware store, it'll just take skill and time to get it looking good. People have gotten kits from other cars and put them on Mx-3's, but typically people who do that do their own work. However, anything is possible with money, if you have enough of it, buy as Yence pointed out, in your case, it's definitely not the most economical route as I have seen them for the Mx-3. Actually, I believe RTT has that front bumper (and it's very low). But I can't place the names (and my Internet sucks right now so I can't find them)
