New discs/pads and fluid grinding problem

Hi guys im hoping someone can help me with this problem had new pads/ rotors and fluid done at the garage to start with made a fantastic difference to braking but now i can hear this grinding noise when braking at low speeds and it carrys on for a few seconds afterwards. Any ideas as to what this is any help much appreciated
