I got my car with lowering springs in it. 2.5 back 1.5 front i think. something like that. otherway around maybe i dunno lol im tired right now. basically i got new strut mounts and KYB struts. the springs didnt need compressing and i thought that was unsual but i was on a time limit so put it all abck together and it still rides like the mount is shot. Someone said bump stop but i dunno wat that is or where i can get it . any insight is greatly appreciaated

well if it is a bump stop you can go grab a that at partsource...there's a kit that comes with a bumpstop, boot, and zip tie.

Ah i dunno about that..i tried to get some bumbstops, coudlnt' find em.
I got my front springs on without a compressor, i got my buddy to compress it abit. I used the eibach prokit (mx-3). So nothing should be wrong due to that.
About how it rides. Explain the problem, does it bounce, does it feel like it's bottoming out on something? Basically the bump stops job is to stop the strut from traveling to far. If you want, just cut a rib of each one and see if that helps. Dont' cut to much, or you might blow your new struts! Also, do a search on bumpstops and cutting them and see what you find.

bottoms out would describe it perfectly. on every little bump / crack in the road lol

thats a pretty big drop, could your springs have been cut? if they are proper springs will be much safer and probably wont bottom out unless u drive over a gigantic hole

You need the red ones. Does it bottom out on normal driving or steep curbs. I had HRS springs with stock struts in back, and KYBs up front and rarely had problems.
