95 RS Loud Squeeling Sound When Systems On/AC

Hey everyone just wondering if you have any ideas why this might be happening. It happens sometimes when I start the car up but is a lot worse when I turn the system on and 1000X worse than that when the AC is on too. If any on you have this problem aswell and have any ideas on how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated. Oh and by the way im running a 300RMS amp on an 8gauge wiring kit(yeah it was stupid but I thought I wasnt going to want to upgrade the 150 rms lol)
