Vacuum

What I need help with is for the ZE when doing the vacuum for it do you go with the 2.5 or the K8 setup I had it runing on the 2.5 setup but did not idle go like it would jump up and down and some times I could hear shistleing from the egr I think.

What intake manifold and ECU are you running in this case?

K8 ecu and it is a straight neck

Ok, well if you are going to run the k8 ecu you will need to run the k8 intake manifold as well for the best idle and compatibility. The straight neck IM should be paired with the kl31 or kl36 ecu.
