okay guys i asked this question before but now is the time that im buying my paint (thursday). leave it up to a woman to decide at the last minute what she wants.

anyways as i mentioned in a different post a month or so ago, i am thinking either lexus gunmetal its from the rx350 i think, sort of a blue-ish tint to it and also the mazda dark grey mica.

my question is, do any of you have any stock car colours that is a very very dark charcoal to give me some additional ideas? for example... mercedes tectite grey? i would like to see some pics on cars to gauge how dark the colour really is (the darker the better)

It's better to see the color in person. The paints they've got nowadays look ALOT different in different lighting. I would suggest going to a mall parking lot on a weekend and just drive up and down the aisles. When you see a color you like, note the make, model, and year and look up the color name and manufacturer paint code on the internet.

Also, you could go to high end dealerships and get brochures with color samples.

What color did you end up with ?

well i was gonna keep it hush hush until i had some pictures, but i chose the steel blue type colour..... its gunmetal with blue metallic
