The lens on both my headlights are really fogged and dirty. How do I remove these to wash them out? I am worried about breaking the seal and what that will do. Thanks

The UV damaged discoloration is all on the outside of the lenses. No need to "break the seal" and polishing them can be done without removing the headlight assemblies from the car. These headlights are made with a type of clearcoated UV protective surface that breaks down after some years of sun exposure. This FAQ thread gives info on how to restore them to clear condition.

After polishing lenses to get rid of years of discoloration, a lightly applied once-over 1-2x each year keeps em looking good. After completing each hand-polishing, I usually apply 2 thin coats of "Future" brand clear acrylic floor polish (available from any grocery store) and that seems to restore some degree of UV protection for 6-12 mos... The same way it protects tile foors from sun-discoloration/yellowing.

Good luck and welcome to the board.
