man, you really have to at least attempt to use the search funtion. someone asked this not even a week ago i think.
anyways, i'll help you cause i'm nice. no, klze is a japanese engine not found in NA vehicles to my knowledge. i believe a 93-97 probe gt has the kl03 (aka klde). yes, it's an easy swap. check the following site for everything needed to swap.

right out of your own post. and i search kl03 and klde and both returned dozens of pages of threads. i'm sorry, but i find it hard to believe that you searched long and hard.
your welcome for the info, just don't double post about something that is easily figured out. btw, i'm no swap expert, but i believe that the de and ze swaps are almost identical. k-series engines are all extremely similar.

IMO, NO. Although it's a rebuilt engine, You'd have to determine to what degree it was rebuilt (how much or how far). Rebuliding an engine that has God knows how many miles in it can still be a question mark. If your willing to part with 650 for a rebuilt KL03, then I would suggest opting for something better. Shoot for a KLZE engine that can be sourced for about 850-1,000. You'll still get a 2.5L engine that's J-Spec with a better intake, better cams, ~ 40 more HP, no EGR, and when sourced from a supplier, generally come with 30K to 50K on the odometer. In my books a better deal for the money. You've already been told that the effort required for either the DE or ZE swap is the same, the decision should be a no brainer. Having said all of that, it would still be in your best interest to still go back to the search function and continue your research of these options/variables since I'm sure that after given this info it's going to generate more questions on your part.

If by this statement, you were hoping to get a link for more KLDE/KL03 engine info, than your best bet is to go directly to the best sources. The best info on KL03 engines would come from Probetalk.com or MX6.com. They both used similar 2.5L engines that come from the "KL" family. It looks like that if you thought you were going nuts on your previous searches, you're going to be pretty wacked by the time you finish the rest. Good Luck

Flywheel - Use your stock one (have it resurfaced). Or if money isn't an issue get a 9lb. fidanza flywheel
Clutch - Yes get a new one. Search around for the recommended ones. I'd personally get a clutch masters stage 3.
Tranny - Use your stock one assuming it is manual
