Pacesetter adjustable hands down. I've driven the B&M and other brands and I like mine best. Can change the heigth to whatever you feel fits you best. Lower and shorter and harder to shift, but higher and longer throw is easier to shift. I have mine set jsut a bit lower than the B&M just to get an edge over my buddy, hehe.
Anyway, easy install, had it for about 5 years now and it is still working perfectly.

Yea another vote here for pacesetter. Ive adjusted it several times and its stayed in great shape and been exactly what I want. I set it real short in the summer for cruising n such  , then long in the winter since the tranny takes longer to warm up and I try not to drive hard at all during the winter.

You can also order one of the Honda Civic short throws from eBay and use it. I just put one in my mx-3 last week. It works great and only costs like $10. There's a write-up on probetalk about how to install it.
