Bought Clear Signals from him on August 2nd off ebay, payed immediately.... and then he disappeared off the face of the earth. I'm ready to file a "Item Not Received" dispute, just wondering if anyone else has had problems with this dude...
I think his name is Matt from NY and im not sure if he uses this board or if he does so under a different screen name

There is a Mxtreme3 here from NY, not sure if it is the same guy or not though.

I would probably just go ahead and file the "Item Not Received" dispute, there is no sense delaying that if he has dissappeared and you are unable to contact him. The sooner you do that, then the sooner PayPal can refund the money for you if that's how you paid.

I filed the dispute so he shipped it but what I got wasnt "in excellent shape" as described.

Both lenses had cracks and burn marks for some reason.

Definite waste of time.

If you payed by Paypal, you can reverse your payment and get your money back. All they require is a copy of the return shipping receipt.

I know Matt personally and he is one heck of a nice guy. This just doesn't seem like something he would do. I know he is in the process of selling his car but i haven't talk to him for like a month or so.
