Can someone please give me a partnumber from a protege lx tranny? It's damn hard too find one when you live in the netherlands And this number would really help a lot. Thanx

Well I couldn't give you Mazda's part # off hand. I would actually go to the dealer to get that info.

If you would like to know the trans code or what they were named for future reference then here goes..

90-94 They used a G5M-R or G25M-R also known as a "G" series transaxle.

95-98 They used a F5M-R or F25M-R known as an "F" series trans.

If you are driving a later model RS 94+, then the F series will be the better choice. Hope that helps.
