Buyer/Seller feedback

I was wondering.. On Probetalk they have an option below the member name that shows a seller rating with a number between brackets.
How hard would it be to find an update phpBB to add such an option
ex: bmwm3guy (3) meaning 3 good sales or (-1) meaning one negative sale etc etc
would be even easier than sifting through the buyer/seller feedback forum that is hardly updated with every sale.
