That is a lot of empty space.. I would almost say you have enough room for an engine.

Well a shop that shall remain namless overboosted my car and needless to say its time for a rebuild. Going for a B6DE/B6T hybrid motor. SHOULD be back in my garage in 12 days.....hopefully.

You wouldnt happen to have another b6de intake manifold would you?

I would. I took the VIRS system out of it and it needs one weld where the VIRS bar went thru the end. Pretty simple thing. Where are you from?

upstate ny. I just want to be able to replace the b6t intake manifold so i can buy a carbon fiber hood and get rid of the ugly a-- hood scoop.

Check with TEAMPk.. he just went through the same thing.. he bought my spare B6DE intake and he said he couldnt make it work so he had to stay with the hood scoop. I am sure he can explain why far better than I could. Cheers

Yup the B6DE intake does not fit the b6t head...sorry!! I will look at my b6t head and b6de intake and see how far off they are.

wtf is up with that axle? its ridiculously thick yet it has that weakpoint near the joint.
BTW: wher'ed u get ur axles? how much?

Driveshsaftshop.com level 3 axle. SUPPOSEDLY will handle 500 ponies....we will seeeee. I dont remember the price actually.

That axle is big in diameter but hollow so it will actualy twist a little to prevent torque steer. You know the sudden left turn when you floor it.

That was the idea when building it. Since I decided to go with a one piece PS axle this was the best way to prevent torque steer. That and the Mazdaspeed LSD.
