Okay, so i replaced my pads and had the rotors turned about 8 months ago

Two weeks after I had them done, they started squealing again.
I let it go.. because i was broke and had waaaaay to much stuff to do.

So it went on for about 7 1/2 months and i finally had the time to do them.
I replaced the pads, AND the rotors. I used full ceramic pads, and brand new rotors. I washed the rotors off before i used them (to get the wax off). they looked great.

2 weeks in, they look like they are starting to rust towards the hub, and they still squeal occassionally.. wtf could this be?!?!?!? oye..

Likely is a caliper issue. Frozen piston or maybe stuck slide pins. You could rebuild the calipers or buy new ones. You will need to bleed the brakes after replacing them.

What he said... It seems that the pad is not making proper contact w/ the rotor

I'm not sure if this is going to work for you, but you might want to give it a shot. Autozone has some stuff that prevents sqealing noise. This stuff you apply it on the back of the pad. I saw 2 different kinds. Spray and lotion type. I had the same problem with the front brakes, so I replaced pads and rotors a month ago. I was going to try that stuff from Autozone, but my rotors were 10 years old, so I decided to replace them.
