Was quieter then my car
really smoooth light clutch and short comfortable shifter and cockpit style.
really nice interior layout.
electronic traction control (can turn off 2)
I was to big for the car my head touched the roof im 6'2
the car had some power but wasnt overwhelming was a smooth power band all the way up but was slightly dissappointing as you expected more...
all in all nice car ... i wouldnt pay 38k for it though....
I asked about the mazdaspeed6 there are 300 coming to canada all priced at around 38 as well.

There nice but I wouldent pay that much for one either.. I didnt spend nearly that much on my car but it still whips the local rx8 around here.

Buddy of mine bought one, definetely a nice car, brand new off the lot, he had been waiting a while for it

. Anyways, he sold off his eclipse a month before it was released to the public(he put it up for sale a month before hoping to sell it closer to the release, poor guy(me) had to drive him around for a month, but I got to borrow the car when he went to Florida for his brothers wedding

. Definetely fun to drive, I woulden't say awesome, but its very comfortable and more roomy than the mx

I'd rather get a old RX-7 and drop a V8 on it
Thats course if I was to live in a area where they werent so restricted about smog... but I hear there are ways to pay people off

I'd get an TT FD, but i wouldnt turn down an Rx-8 as an option if I wanted a sports car but needed the 2 extra seats.
The Mazda Rx-8: The sports car...for dads.

Have you ever thought about the SRT-4?
NO BS, I am asking seriously, no jokes. Did you know they are going to discontiue it? So, I think 2005 its the end of production. It may be a domestic freakin damn Neon, but damn they do pull hard those suckers.

Just watch a few video clips on the (obviously) Video Index and you'll see what I mean. Also, for the price are not that bad. I have noticed that aftermarket exhaust makes them grump too much, thats the main drawback, are too loud.

there are a few things i would not buy unless it was only a daily driver
to beat up and let it go to hell. a honda and 99% of domestic cars. Im just tired of North American cars and hondas. I see so many nice cars out there that we cant get here cause if they brought them over the north american industry would collapse and the europeans and japanese would take over.
I dont settle for less, i have a few cars i like and i stick witht hose... weather i can get them or not is another question.
