I live in Omaha, NE and wondered if some MXers from the Midwest wanna have a meet this summer sometime. We have a drag strip here and since we are centerally located it might be easy for people to meet here. I work at a Hotel/Casino so I might be able to get the hookup on a group discount on some rooms. Let me know if anyone is interested.

Thats cool man. Ya...Harrahs sucks mad a-- dude. If we can get people here...I am sure I can get a phat discount on rooms and maybe we can get the track for a day with enough people. They have open street racing on Fri and Sat nights too. It's fun to go Honda hunting.

Nope, I've been looking all over. I've only ever seen 2 other MX-3's around & that was only once. I've never seen them again.

There is a guy near by that has an mx-6 with an aluminum wing on the back if it.

My names John, I live about 30 minutes west of St. Louis, Mo. I would definately be down for a midwesters get together, and summer would be perfect! I just finished my KL-03 swap last saturday/sunday(around 6:45 am) and this weekend is my tune-up time. I never see anyone who wants to tune an MX-3 here in St. Louis. So Yeah! If Its going To happen consider me IN! and on a side note, no offense to harrahs but ameristar does kick harrahs butt (i dont like losing money!!)

Sweet....I don't care how many of us do this...it will happen. To get cheap rooms we need like 10 guys. If it's just a couple of you I can house ya. I bet we can get some more guys though. Spread the word.

hey looks like we midwesters need some sort of thread just for us! I found another call out to some midwest mxrs I want to try and replace my fender and door before a meet but mechanicaly im ready to trek cross country (not too far though I dont get vacation time from work until april. I dont know about you guys but I want to do something like this in the summer... you know windows down, music up, (mainly to kill the drone in the exhaust lol) any how heres the thread I was telling you about

Thats cool man. I am in the middle of a motor swap right now anyway. Gonna through in a B6T and then this spring or summer I will put in a bigger turbo. The track doesn't open until April 1 anyway. I have talked to Jeff about getting our own Midwest section on here and he said we need to get some more support and stuff. Hopefully all of this will help out. BTW if any midwest people need a turbo and manifold I should have one setup before the meet. I know I will have a turbo for sure, I might try and mod the manifold for my other turbo. I will also have an Eclipse BOV and maybe some other stuff.
