I've always been under the impression that the flywheels on a MX3 are light anyway and can't be made much lighter in anyway to improve it's performance...correct me if I'm wrong :dunno:

Jolly, the standard flywheels on mx3' are around 16-17 pounds this can be safely (apparently) shaved down to around 13 pounds to give better throttle response but will also increase (improve?) engine braking. A couple of American companies sell a lightened flywheel which is around 9 pounds but is quite expensive. I had a quote from Autosprint in Coleshill who said theyd lighten it for i think 60 quid.
