Is there anything i can do to help prevent the rear-end of my car stepping out when it rains. there is quite a weight diff with having the V6 and then pretty much no weight in the rear but i didn't think it would cause this much trouble. the tyres are brand new, also lowered 30mm but still havin problem wit the handling.Has anyone else had this problem or do i need to replace/upgrade anything to try correct it?

don't know if this will help. but when i got my mx i noticed alot of stepping out on the back. had someone look at it. they found that the rear suspension links where wrecked. got two new ones (from a mazda 626)now the car is much better on the back.

You say your tyres are brand new? They will need to be worn in before they have full grip.

You're spot on. I stopped off by my local garage last night they a look and they said both my drop links were badly worn and in need of replacing.
