custom avatars

i know this was discussed before that members have too big pictures for avatars and Jeff doesnt have time to fix them all, could I perhaps do it and send jeff fixed (proper format/pixels) images for members that want custom avatar or i could even insert them for every member if i were allowed to. Admins let me know if you like this idea.
