You might want to to check out Mark's Imports on Shenton Rd.

Some hot-rod shops might attempt it. I might also be able to find something for you in Victoria.

Hey DVH,
I have gone and talked to some guys at this shop that I was considering. Looks good. They've just recently done 300ZX to turbo swap, B16C to B18(C)? and do a lot of 13B to 13Bturbo. They also do turbo and supercharger work and everything else. I have the contact info for you. You might want to call and work something out. They did say that they do not have a pipe-bending machine if you need to do some custon intercooler plumbing. Let me know. And just so you know, I am in no way affiliated with these chaps. The shop looks good and clean.
