Green MX-3 with new fx kit at PIR?

I was at Portland Raceway this weekend and saw a nice mx in the parking lot. It had some mx-3 graphics on the sides and a brand new unpainted fx kit. I think it also had some white painted dash vents and stuff.. Anyone know who's car??
