if a ford focus zx3 or whatever its called its the sport one i guess and a mx3 gs who would win if they were racing at a race track?

depends on the drivers and the mods, if they were stock and the mx-3 was a stick and the other was an auto, i would definelty go with the mx-3.

both stick no mods

i'd say it would come down to drivers, but remember u shouldnt be writing bout street races so i hope this is at a strip

and what about both manual ?

sounds like an under-cover street race to me <BR>but both cars are very equal. it has about 15ft-lbs more tq but weighs about 100lbs more, so it all comes down to who the better driver is.

I just reciently drove a 2001 focus ZX3 and I can say it was fast but it feels like my 96 mx3 has more balls. but a race would be close,, got my money on the mx3GS

Its totally dependent on driver.

AT the track i raced my friends zx3..with my mx3 gs...i won by like half a car length...he was stock and i had my back hatch hollowed out and back seat taken out.

how do you have your back hatch gutted out?

I toasted a modded one [I/H/E] when I just removed my airbox and back seat at the track. I think he ran a 16.8 to my 16.0. IIRC my 60ft was alot faster than his though, so he probably couldnt drive. [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

when i said i had my hacth gutted out i meant i have no seats at all no speakers, speakewires, or the little fold down cover thingy and my spare tire well is cut out so i can run two exaust ..nothing but bare metal backe there..its pretty ugly lol
