Which ones are better for performance? I'm not overly concerned with lowering the vehicle, because sometimes I like to drive on the sidewalks. But I want that superior handling to avoid oncoming traffic.

ground control coilovers are better than springs for handling if you have the right struts paired with them

If I remember correctly...... ah yes, the Jamex set that I put on my car really sucked. They were soft and squishy. I would never buy em' again, I'm just glad that they were only 100 bucks when I bought em' new. I would look into something a little higher on the ladder.
Dave

you get what you paid for applies to coilovers too.
Jamex, arospeed, dropzone, weapon-r all are just for lowering, not for competitive handling.
ground-control's are the only real option if you actually care about performance.

With the Ground Control you can order any spring rate that you want. So you could put 300lb springs in the front and 500 in the back.

i know ground control seems to be the way to go when going all out sleeved coilovers but whats the difference between ground controls 450/350 spring rate springs and other brands? we can say because ground control is involved in racing but other brands also offer the same rates and spring sizes as ground controls original kit before choosing custom rates. is there any benefits for a ground control coilover kit if people are happy with the spring rates besides being able to say i spent almost 4 times more than the next guy on red coilovers?
