neither is better...<p>Suspension techniques are a little softer than H&R, but that doesn't make them any lesser, just different.

yea they are 17" on 205/40/17" Yokahama Avid H4's
I love my suspension techniques springs. I cant really compare them to my intrax, I dont have them on my GS yet.

I just got H&R springs on mine too. They seem great but I honestly can't tell yet. Because of the tighter suspension (I had Tokico struts installed at the same time), I developed a really bad vibration when turning to the left. The guys at Corksport said that it was the axle. I had my regular mechanic replace that but the vibration is still there. He thinks now it is the bushings on the stabilizer bar that need replacing. Of course I've been waiting over a week now for the parts to come in though. :(

if you don't care about performance as much, you should go with the lower priced Suspension Techniques. that's what I would do

yeah I am also running a set of suspension techniques springs and Tockico struts - and it rides great.
