Springs/Struts or Coilovers???

Hey guys, I'm planning on completing a suspension upgrade in the next couple of weeks on my 92 GS V6 with an OEM suspension setup. I'm tossing around these setups:
H&R or Eibach lowering springs with KYB Gas Struts
-or-
DropZone or Ground Control Coilovers not sure what struts
My two issues are I know coils are the way to go but I wanted to stay in a mid-range price and still have most of the performance benefits. My local tuner shop can do the first setup with parts and labor for about $525, where can I find a good deal on a set of coilovers?
Second, does GC only offer a front setup for our cars? If so, what's a solution for the rear? Thanks...

I have the GC coilovers and tokico premium struts.
The coilovers are great but the struts dont perform as expected. The GC kit includes all four corners and the install is very easy (i would have done it the first time if they gave me the right struts). Im going to get the Koni inserts since they seem to work fine with lowered cars.
Hope this helps :D

yup, tokico blues arent designed to run with spring rates that high.

The GC kit is only $399 at Corksport - I've heard this is the way to go. But what's the difference between doing springs/struts, and doing say a GC coilover kit and struts...
Someone want to post an informative piece of suspension? STS Protege seems to be the person who knows a lot about everything...

Is $399 for the whole GC kit (all 4 corners)?
Protege STS how about that proposal? You got the time to shine some light on us?

really basic...
You ALWAYS need struts with whatever you get.
Coilovers do the same thing as springs.
However, they allow extra adjustability, both in ride height (what most of you care about), and also in the size and stiffness of the spring. So you pay ~twice as much for that added versatillity.
