if u're springs are not damaged there is no pint in replacing them, especially if u r not going to lower the car.

then again, it couldn't hurt!

Take a look at the springs when you take them out and make sure there is no rust damage. Surface rust is fine, and common, but just make sure its not really pitted or anything that looks like it could lead to breakage.
